ANDREW CRISP
Andrew has led the development of The Business of Branding™ and Web Works market research tools from survey creation through to data analysis and interpretation. He has considerable research and communication experience having worked in a number of branding agencies, and was the Employment Correspondent for The European newspaper as well as Marketing Director for an internet business.
Clients have included London Business School (research and revitalising the brand), Citibank (advertising) and Andersen Consulting (award winning advertising and recruitment marketing). Andrew’s research work ranges from focus groups for universities through to major quantitative.
Andrew has also spoken at industry events organised by The Economist, The Design Council, the Association of Business Schools (ABS), the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD), the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), and the European Association for International Education (EAIE).

PROFESSOR LES WORRALL
Professor Les Worrall is currently Professor of Strategic Analysis at Coventry University. Les has over thirty years experience of applied research and he specialises in survey-based research. He also has considerable experience of management in business schools and he has had a major involvement with business and management at the national level: Les has been a Council Member of British Academy of Management (BAM) on two occasions; chair of BAM’s Directors of Research Network (DoRN); and, a member of the Association of Business School’s Research Committee. Les has conducted consultancy for a number of blue chip companies including PricewaterhouseCoopers and Norwich Union; he has undertaken a ten year programme of research for the Chartered Management Institute and he has undertaken research for over half of the local authorities in the UK as well as several other major regional and national government bodies.
SARAH HARDCASTLE
Sarah Hardcastle focuses on customer relations and project management, ensuring schools and universities receive a high quality service. Sarah previously worked at LIFFE (now Euronext.liffe), where she was Head of Marketing Services, Sarah and her team were responsible for all aspects of the marketing mix and the creation, management and execution of all marketing projects. Sarah also worked as a project manager and for crisis management across both Business Development and IT projects. She is a qualified Company Secretary (I.C.S.A.) and holds a certificate in Project Management from the George Washington University in the States.
