Sign up to take part in our next Tomorrow's Masters study

27 November 2020

We’ve been running our Tomorrow’s Masters study looking at attitudes to decision-making, motivation to study, course content, fees, rankings, careers, marketing and the role of technology, for 8 years now.

Over that period there has been clear increase in both demand for, and variety in, business school Masters programmes other than the MBA. According to the GMAC Application Trends Report of 2019, the number of business Masters programmes now exceeds that of MBAs - and has done so since 2018.

Our most recent report was conducted pre-Covid and published in May of this year. There was already a growing interest in online study, up from 7% to 12% and the idea of stackable degrees, where students learn in bite-size chunks, had also increased in popularity.

Next year’s study, due to go live in December and publish in March 2021, will shed light on how student perceptions and needs have shifted over the course of this remarkable year. It promises to make extremely interesting reading.
